Gary Ciocco teaches Philosophy at Carlow University and West Virginia University, and elsewhere online. He has published poetry in Pittsburgh Quarterly, Backbone Mountain Review, Northern Appalachia Review and in several anthologies. He reviewed poetry and philosophy books for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette from 2023-2026, and has segued to doing so for PRoB and Vox Populi. He has also published articles in several Philosophy & Pop Culture series. He loves the fact that philosophy and poetry famously quarrel.
